The view was great, the fire place worked well although the layout of the home was a little strange. The beds were comfortable!
The mould smell from the lower floor entry / laundry / bathroom wasn’t great!

The location and layout of the house is fantastic for a family. The three bedrooms are spacious. The Master has a King and the other two queens. All rooms have incredible views of Queenstown, mountains and the lake etc... Well laid out kitchen with all the utensils, pots and pans etc that you need to stay in and cook at night. The laundry has a washer and dryer for longer stays and we loved the outside fire and hot tub.
We were informed in the week prior to arriving that the railings on all balconies were too short for code, so the doors were permanently locked. This was disappointing, as you couldn't enjoy the balconies and views from the bedrooms. There's a small TV in the kitchen/dining area, though nothing in the main lounge room, so if you have younger or teenage kids, be sure to take iPad's to entertain them of an evening. They advise you that the driveway is steep, though its also on a busy intersection. We had an SUV and still scraped the front and back as we drove in and out each day. Be careful is you rent a sedan or smaller car, as you may not be able to climb the drive and use the garage.
