Overall the villa was great. The building looks great from the outside and the pool is nicely located and has enough shadow from early afternoon up to the evening (late August). The area is pretty quiet as there are only other villas around. The pool was clean and didn't smell or anything.
In the region you only have 2-3 restaurants up close. If you walk around 15-20 Minutes down the beach you reach some other restaurants as well. There are 1-2 smaller supermarkets nearby but we would highly recommend getting a rental car. This way you can also reach some local supermarkets that are cheaper and have a bigger portfolio of goods. Without a rental car you need to walk quite a lot which isn't that nice especially in the summer heat.
The villa itself was pretty much like on the pictures but the furniture on the outside wasn't exactly like on the pictures. The two big couches on the inside are comfortable but also had some blankets on them to protect the upholstery - which isn't bad but takes away the good look from the pictures. You can clearly feel that the villa isn't that new as especially the bathrooms have some clear signs of wear (damaged furniture due to constantly high humidity / water damages).
It was nothing particularly bad but it doesn't look as good as on the pictures anymore.
