Fantastic location. Very clean. Parking a great bonus. Modern and stylish. Comfy beds.
Booking.com state this is a two bathroom property. It’s not, it’s a bathroom upstairs and a small cloakroom downstairs.
Not owners fault for wrong description, they were very apologetic and are going to rectify the description with Booking.com

The cottage is beautiful. Has a little garden where you can relax eating breakfast or just drinking coffee. It’s in the centre of the old town. Kitchen well equipped. Beds are comfortable. And it’s very clean!

Cute cottage, rooms were slightly larger than they looked in the pictures. Brilliant location for Hastings Old Town.
Easy to contact hosts.
Noisy seagulls early in the morning!
Really hot in bedrooms (upstairs) during heatwave, though great there were fans provided

Loved everything location was spot on the house itself is very modern and clean everything you needed lovely little garden area to relax bonus was parking
