License number: STR-OPLI-22-001474 Features and amenities • Light-filled 2 bedrooms apartment with architectural details • Stunning interior design with modern details and furniture with comfort in mind • Fully stocked kitchen for a perfect meal prep • 2 queen beds and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping space Parking No Dedicated parking • STREET PARKING - IS FREE in most places in Seattle, however when you arrive and cannot find the parking spot on the street – the Paid parking lot is right across ( Diamond) • Free street parking between 6PM-7AM Things to know • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • You must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. House rules • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the rooftop. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS. Any violation of no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • LOST KEY. Not returning the physical key (if it was given to you) is a subject to $25 fine • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. Overall experience of the property and location was really good. Only things I would improve are the pillows ( old and flat) and the heating. The apartment gets cold and there was no central heating, just a portable heater in one of the bedrooms. Apart from that it was great.

Loved the location (walked most everywhere). The unit is basic lodging that grew on us over 3 days. Was quiet and appreciated being able to do laundry. Husband and I took one for the team by sleeping on the couch and let our boys have the bedrooms. Living room furniture/pullout bed is not as depicted in pics (may have been taken of a different unit). Parking can be a challenge but pay lot half a block away. Must move car daily.
