We loved our stay at this home. It felt very roomy, with a variety of spaces for relaxing, and conversations-inside and out. I would definitely stay here again next time we are in Seattle.

House smelled of mildew. Neighbors to the left make it known that you are unwelcome, either from their sign pointed at the door that you are not welcome, their camera also pointed at the door recording you, or audibly telling you to stay inside. Would not stay here again. Additionally, someone was entering the house during the day and opening windows in master bedroom. This was not only creepy but gave my family a sense of unease. If it was the property management team, great! Just let us know.

The property completely met our needs. It was spacious, had a great balcony out front and everything we needed. The only negative was tight parking on occasion. Overall, would definitely stay here again if I had a large group.

Not cleaned properly, food crumbs on floor in dining and kitchen, leak (standing water) in first floor water water, mildew there and mold in upstairs shower, smoke alarm battery low and beeping in upstairs bedroom so we had to sleep downstairs. The person overseeing the property, when I talked to him on the phone, suggested we stand on “barstool” to reach alarm and take out battery. Had to leave after first night and stay at a hotel due to bad reaction to mildew/mold. They had scheduled a plumber to come while we were there (instead of between guests). Overall poor maintenance and bad management. I expect a full refund, waiting to hear back from Vacasa on this.

Great location and wonderful space. We had a party of five and never felt cramped. We really appreciated the back patio, grill and fireplace. The central location was really nice as a base for our exploration of the Seattle area. The beds were all comfortable and clean and the living space was very nice and usable.

There are so many things that were a disappointment when arriving at the home. 1-The property has two different living quarters and the problem was it’s not marked very well and no lights on to see at night which steps to use. 2-The home was not cleaned. There was dust, human and animal hair all over the floors and stairs. 3-Kitchen had rings from where glasses had been sat there. Dishwasher had dishes in it (dirty/clean)? 4-Bathtubs/showers had hair, dust, urine stains on toilets, 1 1/2 rolls of toilet paper, no soap. 5. No clean towels, wash cloths in the bathrooms except for the one by each sink. Dryer was full of towels/washcloths, folded and distributed. 6-1 full size bed had linens. Dirty sheets/pillowcases top of washer/hamper full of dirty linens, ran a load. 3 remaining beds had 1 sheet/no pillowcases. 7-Notified Vacasa about the condition and was told that they needed more information and pictures, info and pics sent. Was first told someone would be out to rectify and that a service ticket was being created. Had to call 3 times and each time was told something different. The next day they delivered linens, soap, tp, and towels. Didn’t make beds with linens, left just inside foyer in a bag, left door unlocked. The lock battery was dead, we had to ask for code for physical key to lock door. I have pictures if interested. I’m sure I have forgotten something, BIG disappointment!!!

The house and location were awesome. In for the weekend for a concert downtown. Checked out discovery park and the surrounding neighborhoods. Overall really fun times.

Our family of five (kids 18, 15, 11) had a great stay in this lovely-as-advertised apartment. It was nice to have the four bedrooms on multiple levels and the center floor as a communal space. The tub and steam shower upstairs were a lovely treat for soaking and steaming. The windows upstairs and off the balcony made the upper two floors very sunlit. The balcony off that communal room and open layout makes the room feel very large. The yard is nice for sitting and hanging out. It’d be great if the fireplace out there through off a bit more heat. Minor problems - sinks downstairs drained very slowly and all of the power in the upstairs bathroom shuts off if the outlet by the door gets popped. Easy enough to reset but it was odd that it’s set up that way and odder that it’s not mentioned in any materials.

We are a local family but had not spent much time in this area. Easy walking to the restaurants in Fremont, right on a bus line for my kids so they could explore the city, and great coffee shops and bakeries nearby.

We had a wonderful stay in Seattle. The home is clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs however so just be prepared. There is also very tight and very busy street parking. And while there is a driveway to park, the street parking can make it difficult to enter and exit the property. But don't let these negative comments sway you. We loved every minute of our stay.

Know before you go! They do not provide any shampoo, conditioner or SOAP, only 1 roll of TP and no garbage bags for trash. We contacted them on our arrival day regarding the lack of soap and we’re told we would hear from the “local team” shortly. We didn’t hear from them until 24 hours later and they then told us they couldn’t help us until Monday. Not a customer forward experience at all. Home was surface clean but hair and grossness along the baseboard, hair on bathroom counter, and shower curtain moldy.

Many problems were evident upon check in. Some maintenance issues, and some cleanliness issues. I was able to contact the property manager by text, but follow up was sporadic. They did offer to move us, but we declined since moving would take too much time out of our short stay.

Great place that we stayed at for Thanksgiving with six people. It would have been nice to have more things like spices, oil, etc for that, especially staying there for so many days and wanting to cook. Other than that, it was fantastic! Great bedrooms, very warm, the shower/steamer on the top floor was INCREDIBLE!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this home. It was clean and well-stocked overall, minus a couple of kitchen items, but it seems to be pretty new so makes sense. Lots of fun features: a steam shower, a beautiful patio with gas grill and two gas fireplaces. Location was wonderful—we easily took a little stroll across the bridge to Freemont and the drive downtown was 10 minutes. Thankfully, there is a parking pad with room to probably squeeze 2 cars in the driveway because street parking was very tight. We traveled with a two year old so ended up having to buy some temporary baby gates because there are a lot of stairs inside the house. Good number of stairs to get into the house, too, so that wouldn’t be great for anyone with mobility problems.

We used this wonderful place for a small company offsite for 4 executives and it was perfect! Clean, spacious with split floors for the bedrooms and work space. Quiet neighborhood and one block walk to a cute coffee spot. Thanks.

Fathers Day weekend in Seattle with 3 adult children. Great place, great location, great value! Needed a place in Queen Anne and took a chance on this new listing. Would definitely rent again! Pros: modern, clean, safe; well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, cool artwork; easy parking; walkable to QA and Fremont; quiet neighborhood. Make sure to get pastries and desserts at Byen Bakeri around the corner! Cons: not much! downstairs bathroom small, but OK for long weekend. Extra towels and TP would have been nice, too!
