Location on the camino and next to grocery store.
Restaurant and bar closed on Mondays. Room was white box without any decor. Lacking in shampoo and conditioner.

It was clean and the beds were comfy. The window opened, so we could get fresh air.
The staff who checked us in seemed bored and put out. We arrived on a Saturday night and there was no food AT ALL in the area. Luckily, there was a supermarket next door, but I checked and thee staff said breakfast was on Sunday from 8-10 am. THERE WAS NOBODY THERE AND NO BREAKFST, so the staff deliberately told us the wrong information - very poor.
I would suggest to people to push on,Nic they can, to Pontedueme, which is a pretty little town and more choice, rather than stay in an almost deserted industrial area.

Fene isn't a popular stop on the Camino Ingles but we broke up our stages this way so it's convenient that the hotel was along the path and close to Gadis.
It's in the middle of nowhere. Getting hot food at the restaurant was difficult, and they ask you to pre-order for dinner which is understandable. However they start dinner service at 8 and as we got down, the whole hotel was closed. We didn't get to sit until 10 mins later and we were the only guests. It's as if there were only 2 staff members for the whole place which was pitiful - a guest had been waiting by the door for a while before checking in because there was no one at the reception. I would understand if it was a b&b but it's a mid-size hotel with a lift and dozens of rooms.
