Amazing location! Modern, comfortable, clean and welcoming. We didn't book the breakfast but the al a carte menu was very reasonably priced and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
The buffet breakfast was overpriced. Some grab pick ups were confusing location wise.

We stayed in the same room type 1 year ago. They have added more bellboys to assist with the luggage which is a plus as compared to last year. What we like about the hotel is the location. It is located inside Saigon Centre, which means there are so many shopping and food option. It's very convenient when you are travelling with young kids.
The room is very cluttered as usual. There are too many pillows provided and we need to shift a large portion of it on the floor to be able to use the sofa in the living room. The furniture are also too big and cluttered. There is just not enough luggage space for a family of 4. The staff at the breakfast area can be quite rude. My husband tried to get a napkin from the next table for my son, but a staff member abruptly snatched it out of his hands. She should have communicated better.

The location. Room design was beautiful and it was clean
Breakfast is very average and unacceptable for a 5 star hotel! We were shocked on our first day.
It is too expensive for what it has to offer other than the location
$$$$
