We stayed at the hotel twice whilst travelling in Vietnam. It's a lovely city centre hotel right in the centre. The staff were extremely helpful, both before and during our stays. The room was lovely and a great size for a family of four.

Amazing location! Modern, comfortable, clean and welcoming. We didn't book the breakfast but the al a carte menu was very reasonably priced and delicious. Would definitely stay here again.
The buffet breakfast was overpriced. Some grab pick ups were confusing location wise.

Location is great
Our room was dirty. Children handprints on walls, bathroom had substance on walls. Tv didn’t work. There was a cot in the room for reasons unknown.
