The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and spacious. It had a small kitchenette, a fridge (with two complimentary small bottles of water) and a balcony. The breakfast was served on the fourth floor, a place with fantastic view. It had savory and sweet options (hard boiled eggs, omelette, quiche tart, pizza, cheese, ham, bread, butter, sliced tomatoes and cucumber, rucket salad, croissants, apple pie, jams, milk... and more!!!! and delicious coffe from a machine that had tons of options). Staff very friendly and polite! Late check in with automated mode, you do it online and voila you arrive whatever time you wish. Easy to park in the surrounding area.

Location is not central, but it is convenient to the Blue line, so I rate this as very good/excellent.
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had variety and good quality though no cooked food on the premises.
Room could be better designed. It was difficult to work/have a video conference call from the room because the stools were the wrong height for the counter for example. Floor was laminate. Tiles in the bathroom were the ones that catch mold and calcium deposits and hard to keep clean. Lacked overhead shower.
I stay in hotels 50+ nights per year and I am also in the hospitality business, so I have an eye for things that might not bother most people.

Modern, stylish spacious and comfortable rooms!
Its location is not so bad but not ideal for someone who wants to explore Athens. Metro station is walking distance thankfully.

The aircon was great
I will give two stars because that is the real value that the hotel has - no 5 stars.
First, you can hear everything in the room - when somebody next to you flushes the toilet when a baby cries etc but this is even worse when you have room 001 next to the reception, you hear all the people coming to the hotel. So all in all I did not have calm sleep.
Secondly, the bed, a pure catastrophy. The bedding and sheets are old, so once you come into bed all your body scratches. I hope I did not catch bed bugs but let’s see in few days.
Thirdly, this hotel has nothing to do with psychiko and 5 stars, it’s 10 mins uphill in an area where are no normal pavements. So if you have a big luggage I would avoid this hotel.
Fourth, the breakfast, the personnel barely tells you hi and the coffee is pure catastrophe.
The price you pay for this is a scam.
I will never come back I paid more than 100€ for a night next to the reception with no sleep.
