I found the price of the accommodation to be very reasonable. Once you’ve made it up the many meters of elevation to get there, you’re rewarded with a really beautiful view.
I received a very friendly welcome, and the apartment was already open and ready for me when I arrived. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated the warm and uncomplicated hospitality.
Unfortunately, there were several things that negatively affected my stay. The refrigerator was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep. The wastewater pipes also run openly through the middle of the room, so you can hear very clearly whenever someone uses water.
The host also knocked on the door at rather unusual times, especially very early in the morning and again late in the evening, which woke me up several times.
Finally, be aware that the walk up to the accommodation is extremely steep and involves a lot of elevation gain. This may be fine for some guests, but it is definitely something to consider when booking.
Apart from these issues, the accommodation was as described, but the noise and interruptions made the stay less comfortable than I had hoped.

The apartment was comfortable and had a washing machine and clothes drying rack. The view from the balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea was incredible.
The owner tried to cancel the confirmed booking on extremely short notice I was stuck in a foreign country where I did not speak the local language and few people spoke my language with nowhere to go. I had to get Booking.com customer support involved to resolve the matter, only then was I finally hosted at the property. This made it a bit awkward staying there, but once I arrived the one interaction I had with the host was friendly. The worst part was wandering around the city for a couple hours with my luggage trying to figure out where I was going to stay that night, but whatever booking.com told the host caused him to change his mind and host me.
