Mi è piaciuto molto che la struttura era molto nuova e ben arredata 3 con tutti i confort. La posizione è davvero ottima davvero a 2 passi dalla scalinata. L'oste molto gentile e disponibile e consiglia anche buoni locali dove mangiare.

Gentilezza famiglia ospitante
Arredo dozzinale, cucina non utilizzabile( gas chiuso, piezelettrico non funzionante, assenti accendini) , uno dei tre bagni con scarico lavello e bidet non funzionanti, gli altri 2 moderni ma non adeguatamente attrezzati. In doccia bagnoschiuma a terra, complicato x non più giovani, condizionatore estremamente rumoroso

Location is excellent. Lovely host. Stefano is most helpful and friendly.
Property is clean and has a good kitchenette -wirja week is you wish to self-cater.
The bed was not the greatest but did the job. Could also do with an extra pillow or two.

Fantastic location near the historic Center and close proximity to the Scalinata di Santa Maria del Monte (The Steps). Our host Stefano provided great restaurant recommendations and was timely in his communication. We highly recommend his place if you are seeking fairly priced clean accommodations.
Our stay was too short on this occasion, but would definitely stay again.
