Super location and easy for us to get to Barmouth for our early start. The house in general was great and the host were super responsive. It was very spacious, and had everything you would need in a self catering house, even dishwasher tablets and washing powder! My favorite part was how they catered for my our dog - they had beds, treats, dog bowls, poo bags and best of all, our dog felt very at home.
Some of the decor was looking tired in places, the beds were a bit too soft but that is down to the type of mattress and we couldn't get the oven to work. Before the visit the host advised us of some issues which they were fixing so I can't fault them there. We were also advised about keeping the noise down to not disturb the neighbors which we fully understand but we felt the neighbors didn't pay attention to how their voices travel.

Very clean, spacious. Good location for the Bea h. Really nice that you can take dogs. Extremely helpful owner/host, helped with sorting out the WiFi very quickly.

Almost all interiors and backyards with hot tubs were good, and enjoyed it. The TV, Electric hob and other kitchen appliances were useful for self-cooking. The entire indoor and backyard area was neat and tidy. Had a pleasant feel when entering to property.
The location of the property in the residential area, which is not suitable for small parties or gatherings, Its dosent give a relaxed feeling. The car park space is enough for medium hatchback cars and cannot accommodate Merc-vitto size vehicles (9 seaters ). Had to put extra effort to avoid neighbour issues with parking in the narrow reverse parking space as recommended by the property owner. It's better if there is a roofed area at the back for BBQ in the rainy season. The ground floor washroom's hot water system does not have enough pressure to feel the shower. The internet connection speed was poor, it takes more time to load.
