Summary: Maria Breeze is a beautiful newly renovated (2018) 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath Villa located in St. John, US Virgin Islands. This home is ideal for large families and groups traveling together. The property is situated at the Top of Maria Bluff with a sensational 180 Degree Ocean and Mountain Views and steady trade winds. This large-scale home is perfectly positioned on St. John to enjoy island services and the National Park. Perfect for a group wanting to be centrally located! The Space: Maria Breeze consists of three separate living areas on the main level attached by covered decks and stairways. The decor is a wonderful nod to traditional island living with stone masonry, pitched ceilings, white washed walls, and cool breezy colors combined with clean lines and modern appliances. All five bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with a private bath and ceiling fans. There are 3 king bedrooms on the main level and 2 King bedrooms on the lower level, each with full baths. There is also a separate 1/2 bath on the main level. Moving outdoors, the Villa boasts an expansive horseshoe shaped deck complete with a roof for all-weather enjoyment. It has generous outdoor furniture, a BBQ, and a large outdoor dining table. Below the deck, a sun-drenched pool awaits a relaxing day in the sun followed by a cool plunge. Guest Access: The property Manager, BookVI, will greet you at the ferry or at the villa for check in. Specific arrangements will be made depending on your party size, arrival time, and familiarity with the island. The Neighborhood: Chocolate Hole towards Maria Bluff. Other Things to Note: This property is professionally managed by Book VI which provides complimentary concierge services to make your dream vacation relaxing and memorable! This is a magnificent house in a great part of the island. The views and breeze are some of the best we have seen in our many times to St. John. Can't recommend this place enough and the entire staff for the property make it very seemless.

The house exceeded our expectations. The en suite layout was perfect for our group. The breeze on the veranda in morning and afternoon was quite pleasant, coupled with the views …. Simply amazing

The property is located in a very nice neighborhood atop a tall hill with excellent views. The house was well appointed with modern appliances and refreshed updating. Each bedroom had it's own outside entrance so privacy was not a problem. Brendan and his team at BookVI were great and very quick to return a call or come over if there was an issue. Our only one suggestion is that the pool was freezing, as it was in the shade most of the day, we jumped in but quickly got out. Overall it was a wonderful villa and we would definitely rent again.

Paradise found
A beautiful home with stunning views. Layout of the home allowed for together time by the pool & dining area but private space in your own separate/detached rooms. Beautiful view!!!
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at Maria Breeze. We spent most of our time out on the great porch enjoying the breeze and beautiful view. The house overall was very clean but the kitchen drawers and cabinets could use a little cleaning. Some dishes and silverware were put away dirty and inside the drawers and cabinets were dirty.

Villa Maria Breeze was everything we could have hoped for. Breath taking views, comfortable beds, space to spread out, lovely decor…a very well kept property. Mark and Linda were incredibly responsive to our needs as they arose.

We had a fabulous week at Villa Maria Breeze! The location and house exceeded our expectations! Plenty of space for a large party of friends/family. There were plenty of beach chairs and two coolers for use at the beach. Lots of games for evening fun! We stayed at Maria Breeze for a week with two 50 somethings and 6 young adults. The house is as beautiful as the pictures Sunsets were spectacular from the deck. The pool and all deck space were comfortable and great for relaxing after beach time. We will be back!

Wonderful
Very clean, very privat,e very safe, we never felt the need to lock the doors. Great and constant communication with the host. We got delayed a day due to a tropical storm and he gave us an extra night for free. This property is absolutely beautiful and perfect. If the main room had a window unit, it would have been perfect. Even with the tradewinds, it was sweltering in the living room, dining room and kitchen family areas. We'll definitely be back, but not in July.

Maria Breeze - Updated & Spectacular Views!!
The property has been updated since the hurricanes and is in great condition. Views are magnificent from the patio and the pool deck area. Plenty of room and a great layout for a family or group of couples. This is a very nice house and if I return to St John I will be booking this property again.
Mark (the property manager) was very helpful in meeting us and showing us how everything at the house worked and also giving us a great overview of the island and potential activities.

Maria Breeze and Mark Shekleton are the Best!
We have been coming to St. John since 1995 and have stayed at many different villas with many different villa management companies, including Seaview Homes. But after this year, I think Maria Breeze and Mark are our favorites. I had been looking at Maria Breeze and when I read that the villa had been updated, I booked it. All of the bedrooms and baths have been refreshed and the exterior decks and fencing has been updated. But the best thing about the villa is its location, views, and never ending breezes. My husband and I stayed for almost 3 weeks, the first half with another couple who we travel with and the last 10 nights with my daughter, her husband, and their two adorable kids, 5 and 2. The home is perfect for couples and families and we really can't wait to come back! I can't end this review with a shout out to Mark Shekleton. He is a rock star when it comes to villa management and the very few issues that we had were solved instantly with no muss, no fuss. Mark, you were tops!

WOW, WOW, and WOWWW
Where to even start with this review.... My fiance and I found Villa Maria Breeze after a 3 month long search for a place to stay for the week of our wedding. We had 3 other couples, Us and 1 other person stay for the week. The views of this Villa are out of this world, not to mention the beautiful breezes you get all day long. Even at night your surroundings are breathtaking, you can see all of St.John and St.Thomas lit up like nothing you can imagine. The set up of the home is absolutely brilliant each bedroom has a well working AC unit. Sooo spacious, each room has a private bathroom and they're all very well layed out and cozy. The main living area is actually disconnected from the bedrooms (except for the 2 that are underneath, yet you have to walk outside down steps to get to them). The balcony was a forever hang out spot, not to mention dipping in the pool which was also takin advantage of the entire stay. You will not be disappointed with this Villa. Everything was absolutely spectacular... If you're looking for perfection, look no further. Villa Maria Breeze aka Perfection. A paradise on it's own.

Sunny breezes with a killer view!
Maria Breeze was the absolute most perfect villa for my group's summer escape to St. John. With 5 wonderful bedrooms, each couple had their own private bath and everyone was comfortable. The main unit's fabulous veranda was our hangout spot from breakfast til sunset and on into the evenings. I never even watched TV the entire time we were there and never missed it. To us, the show was outside, and we didn't want to miss a minute of it. The trade winds were fabulous and the pool was awesome! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back! Everyone wants to stay 10 days instead of a week next trip ~ yay! Special shout out to Mark for checking on us and making sure that we had everything that we needed. You rocked it, and we totally appreciated your assistance!

Gorgeous house, perfect location and views
We were a group of 10 couples and the house was perfect for our week vacation. Tons of excellent outdoor space to relax on, do yoga on and eat on. Great dining and living room too. Pool and grounds all very well maintained and working AC in all rooms. And an ice maker! It was a perfect house for us - we would definitely come back.

Family of 9/everyone happy!
Our family of 9 gathered here from 4 different states ages 22-80. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with the property. We enjoyed how it provided 7 or more seating areas for people to spread out to sit and visit or just be alone to read/work on computer. We've visited St John a dozen times and we must say this property is exceptional. The views are truly beautiful both day and night. We've learned that "catching the trade winds" is very important and this property perfectly provides that. Great proximity to town. Beautiful street to take a walk on. A/C in "bedrooms only" was just fine. Room set up couldn't have been better! Comfy beds and updated bathrooms are very nice. The men admired the new decking and grill - ha! Great customer service from Mark Shekleton with Seaview Homes and Marsha even helped us with reserving our 2 Jeeps. If we ever get a chance to pull 9 of us together again we will definitely choose to stay at Maria Breeze.

Far exceeded my expectations!
We are a group of friends from all over with varied interests. We were so happy with magnificent views from the expansive decks! The villa is beautiful & some people were happy to hang by the pool while others could easily drive to the beautiful beaches - it even has beach chairs & coolers. We enjoyed preparing meals in the kitchen & used the gas grill. The villa has been recently updated with new floors, new bathrooms, decks & railings.

Family Vacation
My family (a group of 6 adults) stayed at Maria Breeze for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! St. John is a stunning island! The villa shown is exactly what you get - those views are amazing in photos but absolutely breathtaking in person. The bathrooms were a bit dated, and we had one small issue, but maintenance was over promptly to resolve. I loved that we all were able to have separate rooms and bathrooms, but still had a main area to convene. The porch was used every morning and evening - my favorite part of the villa! Many memories were had just sitting around the table on the patio enjoying each other's company. It was extremely easy to get to town and beaches; you could walk from the villa down the road and get a great workout with picturesque views! The island is very safe, friendly, and comfortable. I would recommend St. John and Villa Maria Breeze to anyone! Thank you for bringing our family together (from three states) and letting us enjoy your little piece of heaven!
