Nice place to stay !! Not modern

Extremely poor value for money

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend. The listing says that the keys must be picked up at an office located 15 minutes away on foot and that a deposit has to be left there. However, upon arrival, the office was closed, and it turned out the deposit had to be paid online before we could access the apartment. To figure out how to get the keys, we had to communicate with the host, who does not speak any English. Communication was only possible in Spanish, so we had to contact Booking support and ended up waiting for three hours outside before we could enter the apartment. There’s no parking nearby, only expensive underground garages, and only if there’s a free spot. The apartment itself is in poor condition: the living room window doesn’t open or close properly, the blinds don’t work, and the street noise continues all night, making it hard to sleep. There’s no kettle or cups, only regular glasses. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It had many good features but was let down by its style of management

Comfortable beds. Quiet. Hot water and a good shower.

The key collection arrangement was very difficult and inconvenient. No kettle in the kitchen and rather a limited supply of utensils.. No duvet cover on the single bed. No human contact with the owners and no personal touches. It is run entirely by mobile phone..

Location is top notch, near groceries and Mercado central. Short walk to plaza Pilar, lots of dining places to choose from, only drawback is parking. Also host accommodating of all queries you may have during your stay

HAY CAFETERA DOLCE GUSTO¡¡ Y dejan algunas capsulas y azúcar de cortesía, aunque es una gozada desayunar en la plaza, para mi fue genial¡¡ Por si te apetece. Hay mantitas junto al sofá y está decorado con detalles para que te sientas como en casa.

El apartamento está bien , un poco caliente para nuestro gusto .

Al poner las sábanas del sofá cama , las sábanas venían con unos bichitos que las pekes no quisieron dormir ahí , tuvimos que mandarlas a la habitación de matrimonio y quedarnos en el salón nosotros , cosa que no nos gustó mucho porque el sofá cama para adultos no es cómodo .
