The people attending the hotel were all so kind and helpful, the views from our casita, the decorations and lighting, the restaurant had excellent and delicious food and service and you could also order to your casita. All linens were soft and the beds were very comfortable. Warm floors.
The shower area could be updated, water was coming out when using it and got the bathroom wet.
I would add like a shelf or another area to put things besides the awesome closets. More hangers would be helpful too.

Service = excellent, At the reception they spoke English !
Restaurant - best steak we had in all the trip . Very good Cook and service in the restaurant.
The house was huge, with view of the mountains

The staff were wonderfull. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. We loved the welcome evening drink. We dined in the restaurant which was lovely. A good location but still quiet with a pool to aid post exercise recovery!. Good parking for our large car, too.
