Impressed with the cleanliness, spaciousness and location of this house. Comfortable furniture and nicely decorated. Just walk out the door and onto the boardwalk to the beach !

Comfortable, clean, modern, beautiful home

Wonderful character - nicely decorated, very comfortable with several spaces to allow a family to have independent and together times. The negatives: The rules received from the rental company felt scolding - if you do this we will fine you and if you do that we will fine you, if you don't so these things we will fine you. I guess you get some desrepectful people renting and need to spell it out/ punish. Plus saying we would only get one single use package of dishwasher detergent, one single dish detergent, one toilet paper and one paper towel. On vacation we want to feel somewhat taken care of...this simple cleaning and hygiene items should be in adequate supply. We were happy that each bathroom did have 2 rolls despite the info received. The side fence was tipping over when we arrived and by the time we left it had fallen - needs repair. The bunkbed room is advertised as having one twin and bunk beds. The bunkbeds are not to be used with weight over 220 total. So, can't be used for all adult families. Fortunately most of us are thin! Would be safer to have a trundle bed in that room. We had a wonderful stay and will likely stay again but will look for a change in the bunk bed room. Thank you!

The property was perfect. Clean and so well appointed. Right on the beach! Communication was excellent. We are a group of four that does one hiking trip per year. This year we enjoyed Anastasia Park and the incredible beach here in St Augustine. Would most certainly come back.

Lovely little cottage closest to the boardwalk leading to the beach. Very clean. Unfortunately, no beach view even though it is at the end of the block because the dunes block the ocean view.
