Situated in Bella Vista, this charming house for $190 per night is a great choice for your next break. Beautiful and private home located at the Kings corner on the cul de sac. Beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Bike in and bike out to Blowing Springs and Back 40 mountain biking trails. Use the connector trails all the way into Bentonville where you will find Crystal Bridges Museum of American art, eateries and entertainment. On site bike shop to avoid down time and get you back to shredding on the trails. If golfing is your thing, there are six 18 hole golf courses and 2, 9 hole executive golf courses within a 20 minute drive. There are also seven beautiful lakes to fish and enjoy in beautiful Bella Vista. The house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home and provides a beautiful kitchen with updated appliances. The screened in porch is a great place to be for coffee in the morning. The main bedroom offers a comfortable Tempur-pedic adjustable bed with a large main bath featuring a luxurious jacuzzi tub. There are two additional private rooms with a bath on the opposite side of the home providing privacy for guests. Enjoy a luxurious hot tub on the deck while appreciating the nature that surrounds you. There is a fire pit available on the property on the coolers nights. (Hot Tub and fire pit seasonally available from October through February)

Overall this property is way under-represented. The pictures online do not do it justice for how great it is. There is way more space and amenities beyond what the pictures show! It was absolutely amazing down to every detail. Myself and 2 friends drove over to Bella Vista to experience the mountain bike scene for the first time. This property was absolutely perfect! We had a clean and furnished garage (even with bike stands!) to charge and work on our E-mountian bikes before and after each ride... The hot tub was instrumental in preventing soreness as we tried to get as many miles in as possible in our 4 day trip! The house was full of amenities we never got to use, but we enjoyed the small details of fresh snacks and water provided by the owner! The availability of a grill, outdoor area, garage, ping pong table, etc. was fantastic. There were more things to do at this location than we had time for. The property manager had it set up for a perfect stay. This place is suitable for a friend weekend getaway or a multiple family vacation. I will be staying here many times in the future with friends and my family! Thanks for a great vacation! --Rob

The property was beautiful and outdoor atmosphere was wonderful. The owner was great to work with and had lots of added benefits for us e.g. apple pie. It is very close to Blowing Springs and lots of biking and hiking trails. Thanks again, we hope to come back

This beautiful home, with its fantastic wooded back yard, was perfect for us. I have never stayed at a rental home where so much thought has been put into the ammenities and little extras that make one feel welcomed and comfortable. The owner, Gary, is a gem who clearly has worked hard to make this place the perfect get-away. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for a week long stay with the family. The location was great with ride-in access to the Blowing Springs trails. The house was fun with great amenities including a hot tub, ping-pong table, spacious secluded deck and yard, and it was immaculately clean. We simply couldn't have asked for more.

Spent the week here to attend football games. Perfect place if you need to work while staying. All the comforts of home. Quick drive to downtown Bentonville. Nice and quiet. I hope to stay again!! Be sure to drive carefully to the house because deer will be grazing on the side of the broad.

We had a fantastic time. The location is peaceful and quiet but super close to biking trails. The house has a place for bikes and bike maintenance and is very comfortably furnished. We would definitely stay here again!
