The entire group can enjoy fantastic sunsets together with five waterfront decks and plenty of outdoor seating. You’ll have two firepits for double the entertainment for the whole crew. Back inside, relax in the living room, appointed with board games and a comfy sectional. The kitchen is well-equipped and ready for you to prepare any meal. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll love the Keurig Duo available in the kitchen. Downstairs is a second living room with a foosball table and arcade game that will provide hours of fun. Things to Know The fireplace is not operational. This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Dock details: Only use the dock on this property. Stay off the neighbors docks. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. The house was lovely. The property wasn’t kept. The leaves covered all the docks i purchased a rake and left it there so others could make their way to the dock. I informed Vacasa of a list of issues. Some of which they said the “local team” would address and no one ever came or did anything with ny request. The outdoor fire pits were out of propane. The fireplace in the living room ran out of propane. The only bathtub lacked a drain plug.

Home was as advertised. Very clean and decorated nicely. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful lake view. Note that the lake appears to be about 6 feet below normal level and so taking out the kayaks was a challenge, involving getting them into the water from the very rocky bank since the dock was too high above water level to launch. Neither of the two fire pits worked (One wasn’t hooked up to a propane tank.) But these are minor issues and the property is excellent.

Great location with awesome outdoor spaces. We loved spending as much time as possible outside on the many decks or down at the dock taking advantage of the kayaks.

Loved the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Lake amenities with kayaks and canoe. Only negative was the steep climb to get to the dock.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped for a family with lots of space to spread out, fussball and ping pong table, board games and an old arcade game. The dock was great for fishing, swimming and boating. A Kanu and two kayaks were available including life vests. Our kids(5,10,12,16) loved it.

Everything about this property was as advertised. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, enjoy the lake and relax! Great location for biking and yet close enough to Bentonville to pop in for dinner. It was 101° while we were here and the house was very cool and comfortable!

Great property for a family getaway and lake fun! VERY clean and has ample kitchen space, inside seating and outside deck area. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful home with lots of room. Excellent for families. There's a pool table on the lower deck and a large outdoor table with a fan above it. 3 bedrooms and bathrooms that make it a great place for families sharing a home but with privacy of their own space.

Beautiful house with plenty of room for our family of 6. Well stocked kitchen and loved having canoe and kayaks onsite. Being on the lake was wonderful but the pictures make it look like there are only a few steps to the docks when there were actually over 70 steps which made impossible for my elderly mother and grandmother to get down to lake. We got an email about getting guest passes for the local POA amenities but were not actually able to get them.

We liked everything except one thing. We loved the location, lake access, multiple decks, canoe, kayaks, bedrooms, kitchen, ping pong, and pretty much the entire place. This place has the best little cove on the whole lake. Very quiet. I believe we must have been the first to stay this year as the walk way down to the dock and the decks were totally covered with debris and mud/rocks. IF the owners are getting charged by the cleaners for this service, then they need to swap cleaners. The house was clean but it would have taken 15 minutes to sweep and clean off the outside furniture and walk ways. Not at all a deal breaker as I hope when they read this they will get on their cleaning service. We did have a perfect short stay though. Would do it again without hesitation.

Large kitchen and living room. Made it easy for us 8 adults to relax. Built in ice maker was awesome. Plenty of space in bedrooms. Wifi, coffee maker with Kuerig option (wish we would have known ahead of time) Bunk beds are large more like doubles. Outside lower deck needs attention. We brought to owners attention in review so will probably be addressed in the future

We were hesitant to book this home as there were no reviews yet, but I am so glad that we did!! The house was clean, comfortable and had beautiful outdoor amenities! When it was not raining, we enjoyed fishing, canoeing and playing ping pong on the deck. The inside of the home was comfortable and clean and a great size for our family of 6. The house had everything we needed: a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, plenty of clean towels, laundry soap, board games, puzzles and some thoughtful extras such as toothbrushes in all of the bathrooms. The only hiccup was that the house code did not work when we arrived and we had to call the property management company to get it reset. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back when it is warmer (and dryer) to enjoy the 3 decks, firepits, dock and lake more thoroughly!

We enjoyed the house and property. House was comfy, spacious and well stocked. Washer and dryer made the trip and transition home so smooth! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc that were helpful. The various decks gave many options for enjoying the outdoors. Some of the outside spaces need some repairs / TLC constant part of homeownership. Loved proximity to Harps grocery, Tanyard Creek Nature Trail and day trips to Pea Rudge and Eureka Springs were convenient with this as home base.
