About this house rental

Simple Home with a private fenced back yard, southern exposure, small covered patio. Very pet friendly yard. Parking is off the rear ally. House in on a busy street, the back yard is quiet. Both upstairs bedrooms have curtains instead of solid doors. Front bedroom is a converted sunroom. Not central A/C - one window unit in main bedroom and one portable unit in Living Room/Dining room area. Lower level is garden level eight steps down to laundry room, hobby room, bedroom w/ a half-bath.
