Nestled in Dallas, this lovely house for $634 per night is a great option for your next break. With an open floor plan, 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a giant pool & attached 8-person spa, this home is an excellent choice for family gatherings, friend get-togethers, and relaxing staycations. Nested in a quiet neighborhood just 10 miles from downtown, uptown, both Dallas airports, with easy access to 635, 75, Addison, Park Lane Mall, the Galleria, and many more attractions, this fully remodeled estate is a hidden oasis in a city full of life! The space Large and modern, this home was made for entertaining. You will enter into an open living area that features 2 living spaces, including a sunroom overlooking the sparkling pool, a large bar, and a dining room that just begs for a classy dinner. While the kitchen is fully stocked and features another seating area, it is the back yard that truly shines! With a giant heated pool, 8-person spa (both beautifully lit at night), a fire pit, 2 comfortable seating areas, string lights, 4 loungers, TV, games, and even a diving board – this back yard was made for good ole Texas fun. Come unwind and experience this garden of Eden. 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms make this home perfect for large groups. With 6 individual beds, 2 queen air mattresses, and several couches, we comfortably sleep up to 16 people. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated, stocked with fresh linens, towels, memory foam mattresses, and smart TVs. The large master features a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub (yes, you can watch TV there too). Not to mention 2 vanities and large mirrors for all the girls to get ready together while sipping champagne. The “yellow bedroom” serves as a second master, with its own bathroom and a retro-modern MCM vibe. Modern art, chrome & brass, velvet & little touches of luxury make this place a mecca for sophisticated adults who wish to lounge in style. We provide amenities such as games, high-speed WiFi, an office area with a printer and a giant 49” curved monitor, a fireplace, Alexa, massager, outdoor BBQ & smoker, and even a photo-friendly green backdrop. You will not lack for anything at this residential resort! Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy with the only exceptions being the garage and 1 closet (locked for owner storage). Door code will be provided the day of your arrival. We have plenty of free parking - room for up to 6 cars in the back and more street parking up front. We do not permit parties or events (unless prior arrangements are made) but we have room to accommodate reasonable groups such as family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette groups, and work retreats! Other things to note The pool can be heated; guests must make prior arrangements to heat the pool at least 2 days in advance (it is a large pool and requires some time). There is an extra fee of $200 per day to heat the pool with a 3 day minimum. The spa is free to heat.

I rented this VRBO for our annual New Years Family Reunion. Our group of 11 ranged from 72 yrs to 6 yrs and everyone had a great time. There was plenty of room and the pool and hot tub made a great trip even better. We were close to everything we wanted, including restaurants and entertainment. And the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas!

10 kids and 4 supervising dads needed a place to stay for a national basketball tournament in Dallas - and boy did we find a great place! Diana was so quick with communications and support and the place was perfect for our team's central "base" for the week. The pool was such a great blessing to come back to in those warm July weeks in Dallas. Big thanks, Diana!

My fiance and I celebrated our joint bachelor/bachelorette party with our close friends here. We wanted a more mellow get together but somewhere we could have multiple people staying. This place was absolutely perfect! Everyone was comfortable and it was so close to great food and bars. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our group and would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed at Diana’s place to relax and enjoy some family time while we were in Dallas playing softball with our daughter! Her place was just perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was clean and very comfortable for our family of six! The pool was kept clean and Diana was so accommodating and easy to communicate with during our stay! We will definitely be coming back when we are in Dallas visiting.

Diana is one of the best hostess ever! I was well informed before, during and after my stay. The property was stunning, comfortable, clean and most importantly felt like home for my family visiting from out of town. It was fully stocked with cold drinks, pots and pans for cooking and plenty of clean towels for everyone! Neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. Went to Texas for a golf trip with 15 people. This place had plenty of room to accommodate us all. Good sized rooms, perfect patio to hangout on with the TV and pool right there. Nice quiet neighborhood, the house was very clean. Would definitely recommend, and host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will stay again next time in Dallas

Great house for our weekend! Everything was as-pictured. We had 8 girls, and the living space was perfect for hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Bedding was comfortable, and everyone slept well! The host was very responsive. Check-in and check-out were both simple! Neighborhood felt very safe!

This was such an amazing house for my daughter and her bridal party for the Last Disco weekend. The pictures don’t do this place justice!! It had everything you could need and Diana the host was so helpful anytime I called to ask a questions! The neighborhood is really nice and a great location!

When I 1st opened the door, my initial reaction was "this will be perfect for the week". Lot's of space and amenities. Sleeping conditions were great. Plenty of clean towels for everyone. Washer/Dryer came in handy. Lot's of dishes and wine glasses. ;) Love the Keurig! First VRBO stay due to a family emergency. Hopefully get to come back during the summer months to make use of the pool/spa. Diana, you were great. Thanks for checking on us and making our stay worry-free.

Overall, we had a great experience with our stay. Diana was great at communicating with us and left us plenty of instructions. The house was very nice and clean with plenty of amenities. In the backyard, the pool and hot tub was great with plenty of seating and a fire pit. The beds were super comfy with way more pillows and sheet than you would probably need. The house was well decorated with modern and good quality appliances and furniture. There is a slight gun theme to the house with some threatening signs on the outside. It's definitely a little overkill seeing how nice of the neighborhood the house is in. There was off-street parking behind the house which was nice and could accommodate about 4 cars. Anyways, the house was perfect for our group of 10 and would recommend it to others.

We had 13 girls and everyone had ample room to sleep, the amenities were great, they had plenty of blankets, towels, the little things that set other places apart. A heated hot tub, Netflix on each TV, the check-out process was SO easy- just gather towels and toss them into the laundry room and take out your trash. No stripping of every bed, etc. Kitchen was fully stocked, the appliances were great and easy to use, they had enough trash bags and paper towels (another huge plus) so we could keep it clean throughout the weekend. Diana (the host) was beyond amazing- easy to get a hold of, quick with replies, and was SO SWEET- she even had an AMAZING huge floral arrangement of roses for the house. I can’t say enough great things. Conveniently located by restaurants, grocery stores, and nestled in a very nice neighborhood. 10 out of 10! Wonderful host and wonderful stay! Can’t recommend enough

We had a wonderful stay and played endless hours of games at the dining room table, enjoyed the pool and firepit outside and did yoga in the expansive living room. Diana was very hospitable, accommodating, and responsive when we had questions or challenges. There were a couple of hiccups with items that were broken or not working, but nothing that detracted from our girls weekend. We truly enjoyed our time in Dallas and in this home!!

Diana is an amazing host with a gorgeous property! We rented her home for a girls trip and it was the perfect space. The decor was beautiful and the house was fully stocked with everything you could need. We spent so much time out back watching college football in the backyard and enjoying the gorgeous pool. Whenever I had questions, Diana was kind and quick to respond. I will absolutely be staying again the next time we’re in Dallas!

Lovely house. Extremely clean and everything you need in the kitchen to make yourself at home. Pool was lovely and warm and had a few toys to enjoy. All the tv's and entertainment was set up and working. Nice decoration and feel to the house. Host very responsive to questions and small issues we had. I would definitely stay here again.

A hidden gem! I was honestly so pleased with this experience that I cannot voice my pleasure! Diana was the perfect host. And her home was amazing , so clean and her decor was absolutely beautiful and so cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need …a women’s paradise. The place had everything that you could want for comfort and entertainment. Every room in her home was Immaculate, and the detail for each room was thought out. It truly went above my expectations, my family expectations and delivered true to the pictures, plus a few extra surprises to make a family feel right at home. I 100% recommend her home. What are you waiting for!!!! Stop reading and BOOK ALREADY!!! You won’t regret it!!!!
