I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this property. Unfortunately, what was presented during the booking

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this property. Unfortunately, what was presented during the booking process did not match the experience I had upon arrival. I felt that I was racially profiled and treated differently, which made an already frustrating situation even more uncomfortable. I also feel that I was misled about important details of the property and booking, and information that should have been clearly communicated beforehand was either inaccurate or not disclosed. This resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. In addition, the condition and overall professionalism of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. There were issues with the house that should have been addressed before guests arrived, and the experience did not reflect the level of service or professionalism I expected when making the reservation. I believe guests deserve to be treated fairly and respectfully regardless of their race or background, and they should be provided with accurate information before committing to a booking. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was the case here. I am sharing this review so future guests can make an informed decision and so the host has an opportunity to address these concerns and improve the experience for others.

Terrible, would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Not much to really like. We’ve been hounded with messages about who’s staying over. Checking in was a hassle. Considering the amount of money spent. Someone could’ve came out and showed the property to us. But that didn’t happen.

Period stains on the pullout sofa mattress (host flips it over instead of replacing it) Broken bed, inoperable. Broken chair, and sofa, inoperable. Busted up walls, but demands that we pay damage waivers. There were bugs in some of the rooms. Dead cockroaches in the garage. The master bedroom smelt like the previous guest smoked in the bedroom. The home smelt funky upon entering, and all that was offered to resolve the issue was to turn on an air purifier. The fences has nails and screws sticking out! This is a safety hazard! Wires were hanging out in the garage.

Our overall stay was pleasant.

The location was great. It was nice and quiet. The home itself can use a deep cleaning. I don’t mind cleaning so I just ordered cleaning supplies and cleaned myself. The home owner should do a visit to check behind their cleaning staff. The walls and doors are in need of a good cleaning. The refrigerator had leftover ice cream in it. The counter top needed to be wiped down. There were dead beetles in the master bedroom. The jacuzzi didn’t work. We checked in on Sunday and didn’t get to use it until Tuesday afternoon. The pool cleaner left the water hose in the pool and we had to remove it ourselves. The restroom on the first floor toilet struggles with flushing. There were strands of hair that I had to sweep up in that bathroom as well.
