It was a very spacious caravan with everything we needed, kettle cooker tea & coffee!

The location was great. it was a 10 minute walk to the main street of ingoldmells ( i timed it ) :-) although please note the gate near the caravan is locked at 8pm so have to use an entrance further down the road. Bathroom seperate to the toilet. large tv on wall. wifi code given if you ask for it . open view towards fence and road on door entrance side so not looking onto another caravan which was great with plenty of room for any kids if take any to play away from the caravans and be in view still.
we had several pots . pans, cups, and airfryer that was dirty from previous people who stayed. apart from that the caravan was clean and spacious. They is a £100 returable deposit that they say is returned within 2 weeks but 12 days on i sent message about its return at which point they asked for my bank details to return the payment . so if i had not sent message they could not have returned it if i had not sent message within 14 days requesting when it would be returned , no matter any personal problems that may be going on. things like this need to be kept sorted. would i book again Yes if they accepted my booking after my review lol. We have to be honest about these things to see if others have similar experience which i hope not as was a Great place to stay. thankyou though. It does need better outdoor seating besides the bench as felt like if i sat on it that it would break as looked too flimsy and dirty and saw my £100 deposit going to buy a new one if i sat on it lol.

The beer was cheap
The site is awful. The gates shut at 8pm so you either have to drive to the other side of the site to enter or like most people climbed over the gates up until the early hours of the morning. 1 takeaway which is on the far side of the site. Not a lot to do except Bingo. Not very well mapped out to find your accommodation. This property is advertised as an Apartment but it is a caravan so very misleading. The Caravan its self needs improving and the details advertised are not correct. There is one toilet not two and you have to pay for Bedding etc. Beware if the gas bottle runs out its up to you to pay to refill which starts at £80. You dont find this out until you have already paid for your accommodation.
