Location is perfect, especially if you are looking for somewhere close to the 1 public beach in Ksamil (the majority of the resort town is surrounded by private beach clubs where you must pay for a beach chair). Room was very clean. We had a 2 bedroom with small kitchen, which is perfect if you want to cook in the morning although Sara’s Bakery is a short 5-10 min walk away and I would highly recommend going there for pies/coffee. Hosts were very nice and accommodating. They reached out to us to ask when we were checking in over Whatsapp as we hadn't seen their message through booking. Many restaurants nearby, 10-15 minutes walk. You are close to the center of the town and can easily walk to all restaurants, bars, clubs.
Pillows were a bit hard for our liking, but we noticed this across a few hotels in Albania, so it might just be the normal.

La.atencion de su dueño que señor tan gentil , nos recibió con agua fría subió nuestras maletas , nos acercó a la estación de autobús vía sarande , las instalaciones el aseo , su tranquilidad

Staying at Villa Krestha was great. It's only a 5 mins walk to the beach and it's located near a very lively area. Only 10 - 15 mins to the pedestrian road where the bars are, 7 mins walk to the gym and other beaches. Sunset from the top of the hill behind the hotel or by the beach is magical.
This is a family run hotel and te staff very so lovely and kind, we would stay here again!! Thanks for having us.
