Accueil en personne par les propriétaires.
Une ambiance cosy sur une cour intérieure.
Un petit déjeuner sur mesure
Une rue commerçante à 2 pas proposant divers petits restaus bien sympas.
Un accès direct au métro.
La propreté du quartier n’est pas très accueillante mais c’est relatif au positionnement dans Montreuil.
Il n’empêche que les habitants du quartier sont très ouverts.

Während der Hitzewelle war es im Zimmer trotz Ventilator recht warm

De locatie, de rust van de locatie en de supervriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw
Het ontbijt had ietsje uitgebreider kunnen zijn;; op zijn minst had ik in Frankrijk een vers croissantje verwacht of een stukje kaas.. dat was er niet; wel superverse lekkere confituur !

Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, una persona a modo.
La camera era separata dalla casa del proprietario da una singola porta scorrevole. Non era presente né televisione né radio né apparentemente riscaldamento/climatizzatori. Inoltre abbiamo trovato prodotti già utilizzati in bagno (saponetta su tutti).
