We chose this location for the SPA and the massages.
Spa means paid jacuzzi and there is no massage at all.
Breakfast: be ready to be disappointed, lack of croissants and pancakes passed 9:30 am.
We booked and paid 1 hour of jacuzzi : nothing was ready, we ended up with 45-50 minutes only.

cleanliness was good.
unfortunately, nearly everything can be better; as the hotel doesn't match 5 star hotel standard.
the location is good, but unfortunately it has very small yard; two 10 story building and nearly no place you can spend outdoors.no promenade to walk at the seaside,poor infrastructure
the breakfast was nearly the same every day and very limited choice for 5 star hotel as it's presented on your site.
the breakfast area is quite small for so many guests during high season. there're tables on patio the building, but it was useless in rainy weather because there's no awning on the patio.
poor beach service; they give umbrella, but the guest should install umbrella at the beach lounge chair, which you have to bring to the place.
no car service from the railway station
