המיקום של הבית פשוט מושלם. קרוב למסעדות וממול הים. בעל הבית בחור נחמד שעשה לנו סיור פרטי בסירה שלו. וכל דבר שהיה חסר נענה לצרכינו במידי. הזמין לנו מוניות לרכבל ולעיר העתיקה. בעיקר התנידנו במוניות או בסירה שלו. הבית מלא חדרים נוחים ונקיים. לדעתי הוא קצת יקר למה שמקבלים אבל כנראה ככה זה בקוטור. ומשלמים שם בעיקר על המיקום.
1. בבית זה שהסלון והמטבח בקומה למטה היו קטנים אבל למזלנו לא ממש ישבנו יותר מידי בבית כל הזמן יצאנו לטיול כי הבית קרוב להגל.
2 המקלחות מאוד מיושנות.

Location was great. Host was polite and helpful. Facilities good. Nice living room & outside space. Felt safe.
Parking outside property (car can be blocked in by other cars, wasn’t an issue for us). Property would benefit from a few repairs (showers were poor).

The location is gorgeous; you truly feel like you’re living inside a painting. The view from the small window in the room looked just like the artwork I’ve always loved.
The host was amazing, so helpful, friendly, and genuinely felt like part of our family. He was always available whenever we needed anything.
The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, but it’s actually spread across four floors. It can be challenging to go up or down a level every time you need to use the bathroom or shower. If you don’t like stairs, this setup can be difficult, though the younger people in our group managed fine.
I realized many homes around the Bay of Kotor are older and built the same way, so it seems to be part of the charm of the area. In the end, you may need to sacrifice a bit of convenience for the beauty of Kotor Bay’s incredible location.

Exceptional hosting!! The host went over and above to provide us help and advice. Helped us arrange transport, guided us on what to see and do. Location is amazing! About 10mtrs from the gate to the sea so children went for morning an evening swims every day.
