This beautiful three bedroom, two bath home has an open floor plan with a large living room and well-appointed kitchen. The dining room table easily sits 6 with the option to expand for more. The large screened porch faces the backyard pond, remarkable sunsets, and is adjacent to Laguna Atascosa wildlife refuge. The primary bedroom, with a 55” Smart TV, features a king-sized bed with a sliding glass door accessing the pergola covered patio. The attached primary bathroom has a stand-alone soaking tub, double sinks, glass enclosed shower with bench and grab bars, and walk in closet. The second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and 40” smart TV also has a generous closet. The 3rd bedroom has a twin bunk over a full-sized bed, desk and recliner. The second bathroom is conveniently located for either guest bedroom, with a glass enclosed shower and grab bars. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a 70” smart TV. All of the TVs have cable as well as streaming options. There is fast internet throughout the home. Guests can take advantage of the attached two car garage and washer dryer. As a guest you will have access to two swimming pools, professional PGA Golf Course (with fee access), Pickle ball courts, Tennis Court and Fitness Room.
