This delightful holiday home, located on the first floor behind the historic "La Torre" building, offers a private garden on the ground floor where you can enjoy tranquil meals. Guests will find an open kitchen and the comfort of air conditioning. A fantastic private sandy beach with the blue sea directly borders the communal wooded garden of the complex, providing immediate access to the coast. The small complex, while consisting of several apartments, ensures ample space and privacy for all. Guests can also enjoy activities such as bowling (boules), table tennis, and relaxing in hammocks overlooking the beach. Parking, garden furniture, and a BBQ are available.

Note: Rates are based on two-guest occupancy, with additional guests aged nine and above charged at €25 per person per night, children aged three to nine at €15 per person per night, and children under three staying free of charge, with complimentary baby cots available upon request. Booking terms require a minimum three-night stay during the low season, while high-season stays are strictly weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Seasonal amenities vary, as low-season stays include free sunbeds with inactive beach club services and exclude breakfast, whereas high-season stays feature daily breakfast and mandatory beach services payable on-site. Mandatory beach sets—comprising one umbrella and two front-row sunbeds—are available for €150 per week during the active season, with additional umbrellas offered at €120 per week.
