Great house for bachelorette trips!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette trip and overall had a great time! When we originally booked the pictures for the property had not been updated yet and to our surprise we came to a fully renovated villa! The home was beautiful, spacious, and a great fit for our group. The location and layout made it easy to enjoy our time together and celebrate the occasion.We did experience a few maintenance-related issues during our stay, including some concerns with the pool which is one of the main reasons we booked the villa. As well as some issues with the wifi throughout our stay. There were also a few service visits we were never aware about while we were there that would have benefited from a bit more advance communication. However, the host/property management team was always courteous and responsive, and we appreciated their efforts to address our concerns as well as the partial refund they provided for the pool not being fixed for our stay. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are grateful for the hospitality. This property has a lot to offer and we would love to book again in the future. With continued attention to communication and ensuring amenities are fully operational before guest arrival, it would be an exceptional experience for future guests.

The place was beautiful!!! We had the best time staying at 10 Kingston Road. It was such a great girls weekend. The house was lovely and the whole experience was seamless.

The house is very comfortable. We had a few minor issues during our stay that were eventually somewhat reconciled during our stay, including replacing a TV that was not working. WiFi was very spotty, and barely reaches the Carriage House for streaming etc. It was brought to our attention that they were going through some transitions which helped explain a bit, but we never had a functioning dishwasher which is not the end of the world, but a bit inconvenient. Also, the kitchen is very minimally equipped if you plan on cooking for a group. All in all, we always enjoy our stay in Rosemary and this trip was no different. But we may look for a different house next time.
