Beautiful lodge with the kindest staff!
The team were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! It was great to be shown around the facilities on arrival and learn about the history of the different lodge types. The gardens were well maintained and displayed a lot of different flora of Cambodia. The breakfast and restaurant food was excellent and swiftly served! We used the spa facilities and received great massages to nicely relax us. The pool facilities were generous for the number of rooms. Something that really stood out was the quality of all the furnishings in the rooms, as well as the linen. The air conditioning was effective and the bed was comfortable.
We only scheduled in 2 days in Siem Reap but were totally charmed by the country and will definitely be returning for a longer trip in the future, with a stay at here included!

We had a truly memorable stay at Phum Khmer Lodge. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and service were exceptional — worthy of a fine five-star establishment. The room was comfortable and always spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was simply outstanding.
We also greatly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the cooking class we took part in: a wonderful, convivial moment shared with the other hotel guests and the staff, who were there to guide us every step of the way.
We were also delighted that Mrs Taing Pichmay, the founder of the establishment, took the time to come and greet us and thank us for our stay — a truly gracious gesture. This is definitely a place where the guest is placed at the very heart of everything.
We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment — a place where every member of staff treats you with respect and genuine kindness. A heartfelt thank you to Navy, Rachna, Sophann, Mork, Kimlang, Sok An, Vichet and Roth for their warmth and professionalism. We will return with great pleasure.

Their Khmer style facility was beautiful and comfortable. Their staff treated us like a family, watching our kids (9&5) while we got our massage. They helped us arrange personal tours with a very knowledgeable and kid-friendly guide and tuktuk driver.
