The house had everything we needed. Clean, the pool was great and big enough, the kitchen fully equipped, beds comfortable, AC in every room, one full bath in one of the bedrooms, another full bath in the hallway next to the other 2 bedrooms and one toilet downstairs, living room sofa was expandable which was great. Had some difficulty in accessing the location based on the address - it is best to open the location and orient yourself to the location. Coming from the airport once you arrive at the location on the main road you need to turn left. We had 2 cars and parked in front of the house, restaurants are like 10 minutes mac away, We also reached Nissi Beach on foot in 15 minutes. For the city centre of Ayia Napa we took Bolt and it was like 15€ one way for an XL car - 7 people. Overall best value for money. And one extra thing that we loved were the cats around the property.

Good location, in between Nissi beach and Ayia Napa strip. Good pool, balconies and outdoor area. Air con was good in all rooms. Could’ve been a little cleaner in some areas, but this wasn’t a big issue. Good for a group of friends.
Quite thin walls so can hear everything wherever you are in the property.
