Nice renovated family-ready small house in a sleepy town with excellent Wifi and EV charging nearby

This is a small house that is renovated to be used as a family stayover. Two bedrooms with a double bed each on the 1st floor and on the ground floor a living room and a kitchen with relevant accessories (fridge with freezer segment, electric stove, microwave, cutlery, plates) available. Everything is pretty basic and simple, but it has some style and an Asian touch. There is no AC nor TV, but the Wifi is perfect and straightforward (just enter password, no time or device amount limitations). There is also an electric fan for one bedroom. One bedroom is located on the road side (with some bypassing traffic at night) and the other is on the quieter, back side. There is also a nice little bathroom upstairs (so near the bedrooms) with a toilet, shower, a washbasin, towels, and washing cloths. Fresnes-sur-Marne is a sleepy town east of Paris with a high percentage of the population being plumbers, I noticed. There are almost no stores in the town, but entertainment and fast food chains are nearby (5-10 min by car, direction Paris). There is an Italian restaurant across the road, 1 min walking distance that also does takeout pizzas. Very convenient. It's situated looking out over the canal, so also good location for a pleasant longer visit. What was also practical is that I could back my car all the way to the front door to quickly unload luggage on arrival and re-load it on departure. This spot is not intended for overnight parking, though, because it also is someone else's driveway. But parking is possible in the quiet streets nearby. Another practical thing was that there are two EV charging (AC 22kW) spots at 5 min walking distance. I could charge my EV in several hours for an attractive rate there (

Not much. This was a nice alternative for staying in separate rooms in a traditional hotel (something I was looking for in the area initially). It may be recommended to keep the roadside bedroom window closed at night, because there is some traffic passing by at night that does not slow down to the mandatory 50 km/h.

Exceptional

Very nicely located close to CDG(we used it for overnight landing in the evening at CDG). Very prompt responses from friendly owner. Place is extremely clean and has everything needed for a short stay.

Just as a recommendation plan to stock some groceries beforehand, as there is no shop around, no wifi(no complains at all about it as we knew that before), no tea or coffee.
