The property itself is perfectly located just close enough to pedestrian zones and the beach while being just far enough out of reach for any disruptions to occur such as noise, traffic etc. Apartment is spacious, clean, with lots of light and all of the modern amenities to provide comfort and feel like a home-out-of-home type of stay. Private parking is just out front in a very slow, one way street so that’s great as well. The owner also has a wonderful restaurant on the beach, ask for directions, you will not regret it. We’ve been coming to Medulin for 5 years straight and this is by far our favorite stay!
There’s nothing to dislike whatsoever.

Die Apartments sind neu, stilvoll und sauber. Das Erdgeschossapartment mit Terrasse bietet viel Platz für zwei Personen. Das Meer ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt keine unangenehmen Gerüche. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es gibt nur wenige Küchenutensilien. Es gibt keine Mikrowelle. Es gibt keine Waschmaschine und keine Möglichkeit, die Badekleidung nach dem Baden im Meer auszuspülen.

Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, ausserdem ist das Bett gemütlich. Die Lage ist super gelegen, sehr zentral.
Die Sauberkeit war nicht ideal, aber ich putze immer nach vom dem her ist es nicht schlimm.

The location is perfect. Close to beach and restaurants but just outside the rush. Parking space available in front of the appartment.
Appartment situated in the basement. No balcony or terrace. Only high up windows. Made us feel a bit locked up. Very small stove, kitchen not very suitable to cook a family meal. Smell of sewerage at entrance.
