The hosts are a fantastic, down-to-earth couple for whom nothing is too much trouble. We had to request a few extensions to our stay as we were awaiting transfer of a house we were purchasing, and each time our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The accommodation is finished to an extremely high standard and is equiped with every conceivable item. I cannot recommend it highly enough. An important aspect is that you need a car to explore the region fully, but walks are plentiful in the Devon countryside.

Treetops has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The owners have thought of everything. It is set in beautiful surroundings, with some lovely walks. We love the fact that it is set within a short drive to Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, and Exmouth. We have just had our 2nd visit and will definitely be returning again.
I can't recommend it enough!

The property was decorated to a very high standard. Very comfortable beds. It had everything and more to make your holiday experience really special. It is situated between Sidmouth and Exmouth, so it's great for touring around.

Lovely place with good decor and comfortable.
We had some problems with hot water supply, but these were quickly sorted out when we realised that it wasn't just us not figuring things out and reported it to the owners.
