The accommodation was nicely decorated and very spacious. The bed was comfortable
I wasn’t aware before arriving that I had to pay the owner directly which I haven’t done before on booking.com and would’ve preferred advanced notice as I just assumed it had gone via my bank. There is parking for the property which is down a narrow access road and is quite tight. There is no freezer box so ice cubes, ice cream etc are not possible. Overall these didn’t detract from the property being nice

Exactly as described. Had no further expectation. One night stay at a good location for our trip.
Coffee capsules were available so perfect for the morning.
Parking right outside.
The host, Richard, was very friendly and helpful.
Lovely pub with awesome view almost across the street.
A little too much light coming in in the morning, particularly on the skylight above the sofa where my son was sleeping.
Fridge made quite some noise.

The studio apartment itself is lovely, spacious and the hosts offer all the wifi codes etc.
At other guest houses i’ve been to they offer towels (or at least place them on the bed), have hand towels, have a tea/coffee station nicely laid out, offer fruit or basic snack foods etc. It’s all small points but guests will need to bring everything with them if they stay and these little touches will just add to the experience to make it 10/10.
