Wonderful stay in Trapani with a very caring host

We really liked the apartment overall — everything was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and equipped with everything needed both in the kitchen and in general. You can really feel that everything was prepared with care for the guests. We would especially like to mention the hostess’s kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to help — many thanks for that! The location is also very good, with the sea just a few minutes’ walk away. Overall, we were very satisfied with our choice of accommodation in Trapani.

The window in the small bedroom faces the building’s stairwell, so it can be a bit noisy at times. There is also facade renovation work going on nearby, which sometimes causes noise during the day as well.

At first glance, it's nice, but different colors.

smell of cigarettes, one window, damaged toilet seat, shower rail, walls falling off, hair dryer not working, no wardrobe, no large mirror, Smelly towels and bedding, dirt in kitchen cupboards (food left behind) behind beds and washing machine . Fan clogged with dirt. You can cook on only one burner, otherwise it turns off the plugs. Every two days from 8 to 10 am there is a terrible noise because there are accumulators on the wall of the apartment that pump water into the tanks. Very dangerous narrow stairs, not tightened towel rail and leg in the chair. Not comfortable soft mattresses. Over a kilometer from the sea where you can bathe. About the contact and the board, the owner of the apartment himself wrote on the 1st day that it would be repaired as soon as possible. Cables protruded from the contact with a 4-year-old child and then it was glued and could not be used. The repair of only the board lasted 4 days (where 1 day was a holiday) and one day she did not come at all, even though she made an appointment. There is no schedule on how to segregate garbage, the guardian told me to rummage through them and forbade the use of air conditioning because it is expensive and I paid 2 thousand euros for 10 days. When doing things like this, the Keeper can't keep up. I allowed the housekeeper to come in on the first day to fix the faults and then the housekeeper came in every day when I wasn't there. He opened the windows and she knew how much I was afraid of Sicilian vermin, especially cockroaches. A cockroach entered the apartment through an open window in the stairwell! I haven't slept all night. There are ant nests in the floor of the apartment. The landlord bought inappropriate gifts for my children as an apology. I was so exhausted by the whole situation that I couldn't fully rest.

Superb

The location was amazing, sea, beach, old town shops, everything close by. The hosts were helpful even tho they did not speak English.

The noise every other day from filling the water tank, I know it should be a charm of old town, however I found it extremely annoying.

Lokalizacja jest super, Wszędzie blisko, zwłaszcza do plaży. Bezpieczna okolica.

Duszno w małej sypialni, nie dochodzi tam klima, za to można spać w salonie. Brakowało balkonu, żeby wysuszyć reczniki.
