Ideal situation for this 105 m² house with 3 bedrooms. A garden of 600 m² with a wooden terrace and a bioclimatic pergola. And for the hot days, an interior patio without opposite will welcome you for moments of relaxation in family or with friends.
All activities and entertainment are accessible in a few minutes in the new neighboring town of Aiguillon la Presqu'île. All age groups will be satisfied thanks to : Skate Park, Wake Park, Amusement Park, Games room, Tennis club, Golf.... as well as all the day and night markets, bars and restaurants....
The single storey house includes:
