Nestled in the heart of downtown Portsmouth near shops, restaurants and nightlife, this immaculate 3rd floor loft apartment with a private outdoor deck and amazing morning sunlight will be your perfect place to make home when you're not exploring historic Portsmouth.
Our home is a well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with high ceilings and large windows that provide for a bright and refreshing feel. The space includes a private loft for 2 extra guests and 2 full bathrooms.
Our three favorite aspects of the home are the private deck with amazing views, window view from the loft and the gas fireplace in the master bedroom.
We are extremely close to the local beautiful beaches and parks and our home provides easy access to the entire Maine/New Hampshire Seacoast which makes this spot perfect for small groups, families and couples.
Our entire condo is available for you and you will not be sharing the space with anyone else.

This space was impeccably clean and exactly as described. So close to everything and metered on street parking was easy with long term free parking just a short distance away(cars come and go constantly so finding a spot only took a few min each time). Darryl responded in a professional, timely manner. The listing only showed a washer as the dryer was inoperable(def my oversight). We washed clothes anyway and draped them over the deck furniture. Being on the top floor there's plenty of sunshine and breezes. The early morning sun is bright in the loft bedroom. The view across the historic district roofs was beautiful. We enjoyed the sound of in-town bustling(the nightlife is accurately described) and early morning smells from bakeries. Thank you Darryl. We'll definitely be back!

Great stay, would book again. Centrally located and walkable to shops and restaurants. It is on the 3rd floor so pack luggage that you can carry up two flights of stairs. Free parking was a few blocks away. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck listening to the live music next door.

Even though we had a few hiccups with the temperature of the unit and the function of the gas stove, things were resolvedvery quickly and we had a fabulous time. The location is perfect for shopping and touring of downtown Portsmouth..

This a fantastic location with easy access to almost everything that Portsmouth has to offer. The outside back deck was a great feature, despite the rainy weekend. Don't miss Kaffee Vonsolln!
