Well worth the money, and I'd stay here again.

The location was brilliant, being very close to the nemzeti muszeum and the metro line but off of the main roads. The room was spacious and clean, and had an en-suite bathroom. The staff were very helpful with the check-in, giving me written instructions and a video showing me how to get into the building.

The shower hose didn't fit properly, and would spray water past the shower curtain, which would get the floor wet. It dried fairly quickly as it was tiled, but it wasn't ideal. I also couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work, but since I spent most of my time outside I didn't mind all that much. If I was staying for longer, it may have been more of a problem.

The worst stay.

The worst stay ever. The apartment doesn’t look like the picture. The common area looks like a cheap dorm. The room is insanely small without AC with some oldschool fan. The temperature in the room was arround 35 degrees. When you open the door you already hit the bed and I ordered crib (since it was available when I filtered for places in Budapest) and it blocked the entrance and the door to the bathroom. Communication with this place is also horrible. I texted much earlier if I can upgrade since I’m traveling with 5 month baby, I got a message “ you have fan it’s sufficient” which clearly wasn’t. Plus I got awkward list of what I can’t and what I should. Not recommended

Everything. I had to run away and book new hotel.

We will never visit it again.

Location

We were very disappointed with our stay at Cedar Inn and would not choose to stay here again. First, there was no air conditioning, which made the apartment unbearably hot. We were traveling with two small children, and they could barely sleep because of the heat. They were sweating throughout the night. I even took a photo of the thermometer the next morning, and it already showed 30°C. During the day, the temperature inside was even higher and simply unbearable. Second, the listing was misleading. We expected to stay in a private apartment, but upon arrival we discovered that it was actually a shared apartment with other guest rooms and a shared kitchen. This was not what we believed we had booked. Another major downside was the parking. The property does not offer free parking. The nearest paid parking lot is about a 5-minute walk away and costs approximately €2 per hour, which can become quite expensive. Finally, the cleanliness was below an acceptable standard. The overall hygiene of the property did not meet our expectations. Overall, the rating of this accommodation does not reflect the reality. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend staying here or choose to stay here again.

We got breakfast in the main tourist areas of Buda and Pest.

Room and facilities probably need an upgrade.
