The room was comfy and the bed was big. The communal space shine, the kitchen is well stock, very organised and cleaned often. Drinking water is available for refills. There are plenty of seats for meals and variety of places to relax in the day including sofas and hammocks. It was a very friendly vibe with lots of remote workers hanging around during the day. The location is good, close to restaurants, bars and the beach. There is a handy on site shop and two cafes operate within the premises.
Our main issue was in the bathroom. There is no hot water (not a problem in itself in Central America) and the shower drain doesn't work so the large space quickly fills and you are left standing in a ankle deep freezing water which isn't very pleasant.
The staff at the businesses that operate on site are often sat in the communal spaces playing loud TikTok's throughout the day which can taint the relaxing atmosphere at times.

Location was great and you get to meet international surfers and travellers. Handy shop and cafe.
Shared bathrooms to some rooms which were quite small. The en suite rooms were bigger and better. No pool.

Nice kitchen and well cleaned. Staff is friendly. Wifi was good to work remotely.
I know that prices are higher on the coast but ultimately I feel like this place is too expensive for what it is (been all over Latin America).
The room is small and right next to an open sewage, so the bathroom always smelled awful. It has a sliding door that doesn’t properly close, so you never have real privacy in the bathroom.
No plug to charge toothbrush etc in the bathroom and in general few places to charge devices in the room. Only 1 nightstand to put your things.
You can hear neighbors all the time so bring earplugs. One evening there was no running water (so no shower after surfing) which can happen in Central America, but a place that charges these kind of prices should have backups in place.
