Very clean room, comfortable bed, clean linens, and good cool air! The location was good for us and we felt safe. We also appreciated the fridge with a freezer!
Free coffee was not offered for guests and no coffee maker in the room so we had to purchase some instant. There was no sink stopper so I had to be careful nothing small was dropped. The toilet did not have a seat cover and I'm (wife) used to having one. No big complaints - just small inconveniences.

This is a cheap motel. That said, it is at the high end of what you might expect in a cheap motel.
CLEAN! No odd smells of cleaning products or old smoke or odors. My Wife thought it was clean! She rarely says that.
Conveniently located off the interstate. Sure, you can hear some traffic, but not particularly noticeable.
New flooring. Decent furniture. Comfortable bed. Big TV, little microwave, decent sized refrigerator that is cold. Nice mirrors. Nice bath. Granite vanity.
Did I mention it was clean?
Guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Ran outside in a T-shirt on a chilly evening to help is find our room (didn’t need to, but it was a nice gesture).
For the money, it had no drawbacks. Great place.

The location and availability were great. Right off the freeway, but not too loud. I didn't expect a lot because it was so inexpensive, so it did meet my expectations. The bed was comfortable.
The room stunk really bad. I went and bought some air freshener and kept the door open for a while which helped some. I had asked for a non-smoking room but there was an ash tray and a burn hole in the blanket. The room smelled because they had added some type of deodorizer to the air conditioner. I assume because it really was a smoking room that they tried covering it up. Also, I had to let the front office know that the toilet was leaking everywhere, even into the separate sink area. He brought towels and offered a new room. He was very nice and apologetic.
