De locatie, en een groot appartement.
Er was een probleem met de afwatering van één wc maar men heeft dit snel opgelost.
De twee afzonderlijke bedden waren zeer oncomfortabel en laag voor iets oudere personen is dit niet makkelijk. Er waren geen vaathandoeken aanwezig ik vind dat er minstens 2 stuk aanwezig mochten zijn.

Very spacious apartment that had everything we needed. Lovely bonus of a balcony. Great location, with a friendly bar over the road, and a short walk into the centre. Owner was quick to respond with good comms.
There was air con in the lounge and hallway, and could have done with it in the bedrooms too. But it was still cool enough. Checking instructions gave us the wrong floor number so took some time to realise which front door was the correct one.
Electricity went off one day, but this was quickly resolved with instructions to find the 'switch' in the building.

La posizione è a 7 minuti a piedi dal centro, vicina al giardino Giusti e al museo di storia naturale ed alla funicolare dove si può ammirare il panorama dall' alto di Verona.
Appartamento silenzioso con due bagni di cui uno gode di una vasca da bagno, per le famiglie con 2 bambini come la mia è perfetto.
Avrei preferito avere qualche dettaglio sulle capsule della macchinetta del caffè che erano tutte uguali ma erano gusti diversi (una era latte bianco una cappuccino e due al caffè e sono dovuto andare a tentativi) uno sgrassatore multiuso tipo Marsiglia per le pulizie ordinare quotidiane sul tavolo e la cucina per evitare di comprarlo dato che non me lo sarei potuto riportare indietro.

The location of the apartment was close to the market and the train station.
Air conditioning in the rooms and lounge.
There was no cooperation from the owners of the apartment, as they did not take into account the circumstance of our arrival early and refused to bring us in before 16:00 and when leaving, they also refused to extend the exit after 10:00.
There was a weakness in the lighting and the pairs did not work inside the rooms.
The apartment is on the fifth floor and the elevator was narrow and there is no view of the apartment on the city.
