I rented the cottage/home for a week with my two adult children to experience rural Connemara. The cottage was first-rate and exceeded my expectations, as did the rural landscape. I hope to stay at the property again sometime in the future.
I totally enjoyed my stay. Having said that, a (rental) car is a must for would-be travelers getting around rural Ireland.

Spacious and well-equipped house. Quiet, beautiful environment. Wonderful view of the sea.
The yard was a bit messy.
