I can't fault this accommodation! The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped. There was a lovely welcome gift, milk in the fridge and everything was comfortable and in good condition. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed.
The apartment was easy to find and in a fantastic location, just off the main street and a short walk from the beach. Parking is a bonus in Beer too!
The owner got in touch and it was good to know we could contact them if we had any problems, not that we did.
We love Beer beach - it's pebbly and a working fishing beach but brilliant for swimming and sitting, enjoying the waves. The village has a nice selection of shops and pubs.
Thank you so much for a lovely short-break, your apartment is fantastic - we would definitely visit again.
A more comfy armchair might be the only thing we would have missed if there were 4 people staying for a week. Fine if you're not spending many evenings on the sofa though.
Not directly linked to the accomodation, but one thing we wished we had been aware of is that quite a few food places in the area are shut on Sundays (or stop serving food early) and / or Mondays, the chippy in Beer for example. Seaton has more options, but not many on a Sunday evening we found. We had a good meal at The Dolphin though.

A perfect location with everything a hop, skip and jump away…A car park on site and a lovely welcome pack got us off to a flying start & all was perfect…Our thanks to our host…🩵💛🩵
