The place is in a good location, and comfortable. Stuffs are helpful and plenty of parking.
The sound next door and in the hall way is leaking to the room also from the street outside.

サムットプラカーン県東部のバーンボー郡（バンナートラート路沿いの上り車線側、通称バーンラカート地区）にて最近開館したばかりの6階建ての小さなホテル。館内は最近流行りのシンプル&クリーンのコンセプトを体現したかのような構造で開館から間もないこともあり清潔そのもの。客室内の家具レイアウトは秀逸であり、公称値以上に広々とした客室である様に感じられた。
幹線道路に面して建てられたホテルなのだが道路騒音に対する遮音対策は施されておらず、終日に渡って道路からの騒音に苛まれた。また、観光には不向きなロケーションで近隣の工業団地エリアの勤務者や出張者向けのビジネス利用がメインになると思う。また、徒歩圏内にコンビニが数軒あるほかは気の利いた食事処がない。シャワールームの排水が悪く滞留しがち。
