The breakfast was fine, though few choices for a main dish. The salad bar was minimal. The area was cozy. Surprisingly, what I liked the most is the free ramen at night time! It was one of the best taste ramens I have ever had. Too bad, we were given only one bowl each.
I think the bathroom setting is not efficient. The shower holder angle is a bit flat. The towel bar is installed right beneath the shower which makes the towel wet. I cannot hang hang any cloth there. The pillow is too hard.

Nice location away from the busiest parts of susukino but close enough to be a comfortable walk away at all times. Room had all the amenities we needed and was comfortable and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Late night ramen was delicious and a perfect solution to the crowds and crowds of people lining up for ramen at 10pm.
I would have liked a bathtub and clear windows.

Super tiny shower room, square-shaped of about 80-90sqm.
Weird and dim lighting
The painted wall at the sink area is dirty - stained with soap and toothpaste foam etc.
The wood material of the vanity top (sink area) is worn out due to regular water splashes
The sink is those of bowl-shaped and on wooden vanity top which is impractical as water drips around the sink when you turn off the tape after washing.
