Kusfarm Bali by AHM

If you are searching for THE jungle feeling, KusFam Bali is probably the best place to go to! Even though it is located a bit away from Denpasar, it is worth the ride to experience jungle sounds, river just few meters from your house, and excellent Balinese massages.

The wildness of the trees, plant life, and remoteness

There are a lot of stairs and the stairs to the room are very steep. Anyone with limited mobility would struggle.

The garden was absolutely beautiful, superb little ponds with Koi fish. Most of the staff was really friendly and attentive, especially one local girl that I actually met outside on my first day while visiting local shops. She was extremely professional at work and it was like she was reading my mind, she already knew everything I needed. I also enjoyed the yoga class on Saturday. Aircon worked wonderful and the chef was briliant. The guys behind the bar always helped me with any request and any small issue was quickly resolved.

There are no hooks or hungers in the rooms, also no mini fridge, my bad for not reading the full description when booking. Too hot or cold shower with no in between. I personally don't like the idea of prices shown without tax, for the same services and the same length I previously payed half the bill I had at kusfarm, despite not having my breakfast included in my first stay. I was aware about the tax and service charge, yet some services still felt overpriced. The pool could have been a little cleaner and of course you get occasional guests when surrounded by nature but nothing too scary.

Very nice facility. Beautiful and well maintained tropical park with wooden bungalows. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The AC is working perfectly. The staff is very professional and very welcoming. The food is abundant and excellent. However…two details made my stay in Kusfarm not as pleasant as it should have been. The first one is the lack of curtains on the biggest window of the room facing the sunrise and therefore, no protection whatsoever against day light…fortunately, I could still use a sleeping mask, which I did… The second detail was more problematic. The bungalows are not airtight…the wooden planks are not everywhere sealed together, in other words, there are holes, big enough to let in many small creatures among them were lizards extremely loud during all the night inside the room. Who never heard a gecko hidden in a small enclosed space can’t understand the problem. Even with earplugs and a white noise app running, I couldn’t sleep decently.
