Manager was welcoming and friendly. Our room which we had to change again was comfortable and had a kitchenette. Thank you for the extra treats in the fridge and the fresh flowers. Gates are closed at night which makes the property secure and safe.
We stayed here three times on Our travels and twice our booking for the granny flat was unavailable. We made these bookings months in advance and found it interesting that we were bumped off for a longer booking. The kitchenette is very cramped and very minimal pans and utensils, not even a frypan to make breakfast. All power at desk so toaster and kettle used there.

Very friendly and helpful manager. The room we booked was spacious and bathroom big. Love this room as a person on a road trip because it has a full size fridge. Parking is inside the compound and gates close around 8pm. Then access is using a remote control. Secure and safe.
This was our second stay. On our first stay heading to Darwin we had booked the granny flat but when we arrived we were given an apartment above the office because the granny flat had been double booked. Apartment meant lots of stairs and was not ideal. The unit this time was on the ground floor and had a kitchenette in the room but all the PowerPoints were near the desk so breakfast was in stages.

The fact it was locked up each night.
Cold shower two days I a row. No hot water to wash dishes. Kitchen was as big as a toilet if not smaller. No tea towel provided. No where to hang clothes, only one hanger behind front door.
Sheets had stains on them.
Was quoted as sockets near the bed but we couldn’t find any.
Light about chair not working.
Bbq was dirty so couldn’t use.
Room was not serviced daily
