This place is pretty minimalist, small room fitting a double bed. You stay here for one primary reason, the closeness to Split Airport. It is less than a 10-minute walk to the terminal. Given that we had an early check in (check in does not open prior to 5 am), the room served us well. We both had a unexpectedly good sleep. The place is very quiet. Another benefit for this location is the restaurant Bistro Pizzeria "More", only 15 minutes walk. Very good pizza. The menu had a large selection. We ate outside under an olive tree.
Be careful in the shower, the water can be very hot. Also, the shower drains slowly so you'll be standing in water. There is no signage on the house where the room is located. After hanging out on the street for a while I saw a woman and she had our name and showed us the room which was in the back of the house. Leaving the next morning in the dark we used our phone flashlights to get to the street.

The host sent me a video where and how to get in as my arrival was delayed by 7 hours, due to the airlines, and I arrived close to midnight. I had a good idea where the property was, but this helped me significantly.
I didn’t see any signage, but having the video helped.
