Room was very clean, people staying at the hotel were also very nice, however the toilet paper was all wet and they let it as if it was ready to use, maybe a mistake and not intentional. Room sizes are ok but you can hear everything from other rooms too like flushing toilets, steps, doors, etc.
I definitely didn't like the customer service, at the front desk there was an old woman who didn't speak English at all, didn't even had the delicacy to say Hello or any sort of greeting educated people do, she laughed at my last name after she read it and looked at me saying "pffffff" (I'm clearly a latina) and in this times and in such a position is unacceptable that someone doesn't have the knowledge of simple and basic English words and of course not to laugh at somebody's name or at heir faces because of one's ethnicity. Completely disrispectful woman, disgusting behaviour, unnaceptable for this type of position. Also, a bit expensice for such small room and terrible treatment.
