Although only 20 or so miles away from my home, once there felt like a million miles away from the hustle of city noise! So peaceful and the views were amazing

The cabin was secluded, it had all the facilities that we needed, lovely and peaceful.
Loved everything although there was a strong smell of farmland but you got used to it.

Basic accommodation, quiet. Nice view of a field from top of steps at front of cabin.
Very isolated . 3-4 miles in all directions from a simple shop or pub. Very uncomfortable bed settee. Some crockery dirty on arrival and some bedding stained. 2 saucepans stored in cupboard under sink with cleaning stuff. Description of “beautiful private gardens” was actually a cabin situated down a lane at the side of owners semi through some trees located about 10 feet in front of a hedge the other side of which was a field. No view when sat on the chairs in front of cabin . Could see the field standing at top of steps. Spoke to owner day before and realised isolated location. Originally she offered full money back and advised contacting booking .com customer services. Took 1.5 hours to get through by which time she changed offer to 50% refund so we decided to go anyway. I would suggest clearer description of property and location
Is provided on the website. Felt unwelcome when we received a message from host on first morning asking us to strip beds place linen in plastic box under bed and ensure all crockery and dishes washed in leaving with arrangements for departure.
